NEW EDUCATION POLICY 2020

New National Policy 2020 for Indian Education System

The Narendra Modi government is reform the big education system.The government supposing to sweeping reform in the indian education system.The national Policy covering both the schools & collages.

The existng 10+2 schooling system replaced with 5+3+3+4 structure is followedin school education from anganwadi to class 12.Students will be taught in mother tongue or local language till class 5.

The collage education seems to be change as well as for yoyr graduation process will be offered.The students free to take brake & take re-enter for any stage of the courses & get certificate at ecah of the stage.The students also get the freedom for the different combination.The foriegn students also allow to enter in india.

• MEDIUM OF EDUCATION

The mode of medium for eduation system is Hindi can be or not but there msut be local language or mother tongue.

• CENTRALIZATION & PRIVILIZATION OF EDUCATION 

The allegation is made against the new policy system is that it is promoting a centralization of education system

• 6% OF GDP WILL SPEND ON EDUCATION IS REAL OR FAKE?

According to data , in 2008 0.6% of the GDP was spend on the research & innovation by us & today is spending only 0.06% of our GDP.This entire parliament is bypased not there has been no research on it.

• EXAM & STRUCTURE

The 10+2 is being ravamped now becomes 5+3+3+4 model.For the first time government acknowledged the importance of pri-primary.until only private schools were following the pri-primary education.

The annual exams have been replaced by exams in classes 3,5,8,10 & 12 classes only.

The focus is on High Order Skills :

1. Analysis
2. Critical Thinking 
3. Conceptual Clarity

The new system is essential to evaluate children holistically & design them credit points.Your report card should not be based on entirely on your text books.There will be look on the students activities like painting,sport or any activity.

•  NO RIGID BETWEEN STREAM CHOICE

You can Opt Science while taking Arts subjects or Commerce subjects or vice versa.The same things holds when one goes to school.You can study in collage for 1 year, 2 year, 3 year or also do an extra year of research in collage.Students can exits or enter as you like - you would be like be provided with different degrees. Attention has been given to flexible education & choice of subjects.Empasise on extra things like coding & vocational things.

• FOREIGN UNIVERSITY CAMPUS IN INDIA

In the coming years , the top universities of the world will be allowed to set up campuses in india..This provision was talked about earlier as well, it was put forward in foriegn eduation institutions bill 2010.
