Delhi University has issued an order in response to the queries raised by college principal over the recently online open book exams. while many students did not get any confirmation mail after submitting their answer sheets through e-mail, they should not worry as the University keeps a record and will rectify, DU has clarified.
Many principals and professors had earlier got queries from students who were worried about the submission of scanned images and photos of answer sheets.
In case if the students have not received any confirmation for submission of the scanned images of the answer sheets through email, they should be advised to keep the record of the email sent by them after the conclusion of the exam along with the attachment of their answer sheets," than the University has clarified.
DU has said that students can present email as a proof in case of an discrepancy after the declaration of results.
In case of any discrepancy found related to the internal assesment, the principal of the college may asses the merit of the students and accordingly forward such cases to the examination branch along with justifiable reasons within 10 days of the results so that it can be rectified.
Through this clarification of Delhi University students will feel relax in mind because many students had doubts regarding their queries about the results.
