IIT JEE (ADVANCED) 75% MARKS CRITERIA REMOVED FOR THIS YEAR 2020
Yesterday Our Education minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal has decided that this year due to pandemic 75 % criteria for IIT JEE (Advanced) has been removed for 12th passed candidate.There is no other any official statement for NIT.
HRD Minister tweeted as official statement "Due to the partial cancellation of class XII exams by several Boards, Joint Admission Board (JAB) has decided to relax the eligibility criterion for JEE (Advanced) 2020 qualified candidates this time".
This decision is taken due to partial cancellation of 12th board exam by Joint Admission Board to give relaxation for the eligibility criteria for JEE (Advanced) 2020.
Usually the criteria has set altlaest 75 % aggreagate in their 12th board for general & 65% for the SC,ST & PWD candidates.
